After you have contact us, you can expect the following steps in the process:
- If you match the general profile of candidates we mediate, we will arrange an online introduction with you.
In order to be well prepared for our first (online) meeting, you will be asked to complete a short intake form prior to this meeting.You will also be registered in our database. Your personal information will be kept confidential.
- In our first online meeting we will get to know each other and discuss your ambitions and any questions you may have.
If there are any immediate opportunities, we will discuss them with you.
Only when you have expressed interest in a role, will we introduce you to the employer.
If there are no immediate opportunities, we will discuss what you can expect and do our best to find a suitable role for you.
- If an employer shows interest in you after we have introduced you, an interview with the employer will follow.
We will be happy to support and advise you during the interview process, so that you feel well prepared.
- If both you and the employer are happy to work together, your future employer will make you an offer of employment.
If you wish, we can advise you on whether the offer is appropriate (type of contract, position, salary and benefits).
- Once you have reached an agreement with your new employer (mutually signed employment contract), it is time to prepare for your move to the Netherlands!
